You may reach high goals without this characteristic, but you will never reach the top until you are disciplined enough to let go of quick leads and reach for bigger, more difficult areas with greater rewards. As you reach, you have to have a quick mind to adapt and think on your feet. Being able to quickly analyze situations will save your from many bad sales as well as bring you to many great places. As always, be patient. Reaching the top is not going to happen overnight.
